Best car buying experience - ever!!! My leased Elantra was getting close to the lease expiration and I did not want to go back to that dealer due to a bad experience. I had my eye on the Kia Soul for quite some time and knew I wanted one. I was not in a great bargaining position, not having a trade-in and a small down payment. I wasn't sure what I was going to be able to do, but Patrick Germain was the nicest car salesman I've ever met and he kept trying until he put me in the Soul that I wanted. He even found me a red one (which was not an easy feat). I never felt pressured like I had at other dealerships in the past. I would recommend Patrick to anyone who wants a pleasurable car buying experience. When it came to talk to the finance guy I was also pleasantly surprised. Steve Kerley was extremely helpful and actually fun to work with. It was like the icing on the cake. From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived until we left, I was stunned that buying a car could be so stress-free. I give Greico Kia the highest rating possible and I've been telling all my friends. It was a holiday weekend and we were going to be stuck 600 miles from home for an additional 5 days!! They were able to expedite getting the part we needed and had us in the road home within 24 hours. I WILL drive 600 miles back to this dealership to buy my next Kia. Again, I cannot describe in words how truly blessed we were to have had them on our side during our "breakdown".
