not satisfied I sat there for over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Every time i go it is a different price for the same service.assisting every other time ive been there my car was washed after the service was done...didn't happen this time which was disappointing. After sitting down and giving Martin the details of what I was looking for, it only took him 5 minutes and he found me the best car. He went over and beyond and made sure that not only was I satisfied but overall in the future he reassured me that I made a great choice with choosing them. I would highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone. Be sure to ask for Martin once you arrive!!! More
Disappointed and disatisfied. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this dealership. This place has made the worst car buying experience for myself and my wife. Manipulation, dishonest business, continual mistakes, undisclosed costs, theat to repo car if certain documents were not turned in on time post signed contract. Very bad expirience. We did all our negotiations over the phone prior to coming into the dealership. They agreed on a price with us for out the door cost. Before arriving i faxed proof of insurance and asked them to make sure they had the car washed and detailed and all the paperwork ready to go before we arrive. We go into the dealership and they showed us the car which was dirty and had smudges and the inside had gross stuff on the center consel. We told them to take it back and get it washed. They washed it and brought it back but all the same spots that were dirty before were still there and had to take it back several more time and it still was not clean when we left. Personally got it cleaned when I got home. While we were inside they made several mistakes with the numbers and we're telling us one thing and then something else happened or they would forgetting to tell us stuff all together. They had to take the numbers back for revision at least 2-3 times before we could go to financing to finalize everything. After a couple hours of that we finally moved over to the financing department. We dealt with a new guy who had no idea what he was doing. He took more time retyping all the info into the computer while we stood waiting. He finished the contract and the paperwork and we noticed that he had misspelled our names and misswrote several other pieces of information. He had to retype and reprint everything. Once reprinted we noticed on the contract that there were items in the total cost of the car that were not disclosed to us prior and they expected us to pay them because it's normal. I call this dishonest business. They tried to take advantage of us by throwing random costs in to earn them more money without telling us . They had to then retype and reprint all the papers and we had to sign a second contract. Total of 5 hours in the dealership. While we were in the car getting ready to leave they tried to manipulate us into writing a good review and asked us to do it before we left and the sales rep even opened Google on my phone and clicked 5 stars for me. I did not post a review at that time but my wife did. They continually texted and called me asking to have my wife take down the review. Several days later we get a call saying that they had made a mistake on the contract again and that we had to come back in to sign another contract. They apparently forgot to write wagon on the contract. We went back in and resigned yet another contract. The floor manager said that he was sorry and that its the owners of the business that make them jump througb these hoops and that they its not there fault. This may be partially true, but not all true. As we were leaving they asked if we had proof of income on us. We did not. They said it wasn't super important but if we could send it just in case that would help them. My understanding was that this was not something mandatory. We get text a week later threatening to repo the car if we don't send back proof of our income in a 2 hour window. I was working and had to loose time and business to obtain this information before the window ran out. I spoke with the GM and he only apologized for the miscommunication and wouldn't take full responsibility for what was going on with his dealership and staff. He claimed that he had a great staff and that he is pleased with them. I called kia directly and filed a official complaint against there dealership and they said that the dealership has not even marked the car as sold 3.5 weeks later. The situation is still not resolved and I am not satisfied and will never do business here again and wouldnt recommend doing business here. More
