Service for my Optima I just got back from having my Optima serviced. The guys at Grieco did a great job. I was helped by Bob Conklin and he went over all my warranties w I just got back from having my Optima serviced. The guys at Grieco did a great job. I was helped by Bob Conklin and he went over all my warranties with me, let me know when each one would expire. He went over every aspect of the car to make sure everything was working perfectly. I had small issues like a rattle behind the glove box and and issue with my rear view camera, he made sure they were all addressed and when I picked the car up every problem was fixed. He really went above and beyond what I have ever seen at any other Kia dealership, as I have been to a few different ones to get my car service. Will definitely be back and really appreciate the extra attention he gave me. More

Great deal, great service on 2017 Kia Sorento I looked locally (Orlando, and the dealers wanted to sell above MSRP, add high dealer prep, etc) and checked Tampa (advertise low price add $1895 for I looked locally (Orlando, and the dealers wanted to sell above MSRP, add high dealer prep, etc) and checked Tampa (advertise low price add $1895 for mud flaps). I then contacted Juan Bedoya, the Internet Sales Manager at Kia of Delray. He gave me a fantastic price, was kind enough to pick me up from the Ft. Laud airport when I flew down to pick our new SUV. The car was immaculate, Juan spent at least 20 minutes going over how to operate the many features and was very knowledgeable. He also ran it over and put in a full tank of gas. Pleased We had a slight hiccup when we first arrived with a dealer (who shall remain unnamed) who didn't seem to want to be bothered with helping us...very di We had a slight hiccup when we first arrived with a dealer (who shall remain unnamed) who didn't seem to want to be bothered with helping us...very dissatisfied and ready to leave and go to a different dealer when in walked Scott ( who was the only person...out side of the shuttle driver Phil...who even spoke to us and asked if we were being helped) we explained our hiccup that we were having and he immediately apologized and asked how he could help. He made us feel like we were his #1 priority!!! We explained that the other guy was trying to find someone else to hand us off too...but "we" wanted him!!! Not only did he keep us from walking out we bought a 2016 Kia Sol he. Scott was so amazing and made the whole process to easy. We will definitely send our friends and family to see "Scott" More
