He made us feel like we were his #1 priority!!! We explained that the other guy was trying to find someone else to hand us off too...but "we" wanted him!!! Not only did he keep us from walking out we bought a 2016 Kia Sol he. Scott was so amazing and made the whole process to easy. We will definitely send our friends and family to see "Scott" More

Replacing latch mechanism on lift gate I was completely satisfied with my recent service visit at Grieco Kia. The first time I came in, they let me know within 45 minutes that a replacement latch would have to be ordered. They called later to let me know it had arrived, and on my follow-up visit, the new latch was installed within an hour and worked perfectly. More

Because I could not solve the problem when requested at Phil Smith Kia on June the 14th 2016. I got my two KIA vehicles (SORRENTO and SEDONA) over there and they tried to charge me for the service instead of checking in the system for my service policy coverage which I am paying for. Bob at GRIECO KIA did give me the requested service and solved my concerns. I am a very happy camper now. I am an UBER driver and Phil Smith KIA lost me as a customer. More

Positive Experience Salesman are knowledgeable and pleasant and seem to go to bat for you with the sales manager to negotiate price.
