Service issues with a used car Purchased a 2013 Kia Optima for our daughter and the salesperson pointed out on the car fax there was minor accident reported. We took the time with Purchased a 2013 Kia Optima for our daughter and the salesperson pointed out on the car fax there was minor accident reported. We took the time with our salesperson and he confirmed with the dealer there was no structural damage and that it was the front fascia. All the metal appeared to be original. After purchasing the car, we noticed a hard pull to the left when driving at highway speed. Took the car in and they did a tire swap thinking it was the tires. Still the problem existed. Took the car back in a 2nd time because now the car also had an oil and coolant leak and told them about the steering problem we still had and they discovered it was a bad strut on the left front that needed to be replaced. When I asked what the problem was, I was told the strut was bent from the accident the car was involved in. The dealer fixed the oil and coolant leak at no cost to me but they DID NOT cover the cost to replace the $700 strut. Are you kidding me? I was shocked that a dealership like Grieco would not cover that. I was told by the service department that they can't detect every flaw with a used vehicle. To a certain point I get it, but if it's an issue that involves steering and handling and it's a result of a previous accident that was pointed out to us as nothing more than minor, I have a real problem with that especially since this is my daughters first car. Had I known the accident was more severe where it impacted the way the car handled, I would have considered another car on their lot. For this reason, I would strongly consider not purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer as it is obvious on the car I purchased they do not thoroughly inspect it for quality. They did offer a service credit but that is not acceptable as their location is not convenient to where we live. More

Standard oil change Artie was my advisor. I just got an oil change my car was done by 9:15, I got called T 9:30. I had to wait till someone found him. He was eating in t Artie was my advisor. I have no issue with that I was bothered that someone else was given my paperwork by him to close out the work. The Al who helped me after the fact was great! He was very nice and I'll him 5 stars!!!!! Artie not so mich. after going to my car Artie did not even look up to day thanks and good day. I felt turned off by that. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes I had to ask someone to move the car in front of me. I said it loud enough for Artie to hear me and I got no response expect from the driver. I'll only come back when Doug is available. I'll never go to Artie again. It may not be a big deal but to me customer service is what makes or breaks a company. More
