In the past I have dealt with pushy salespeople who have wasted my time and and insulted my intelligence by trying to rip me off. I was referred to Ivan by a friend. He is kind and knowledgeable, he listened to what I was looking for and what I was able to pay and helped me to figure out the best way to make it happen...which was by leasing. The process was quick and easy and I felt good about the deal that I was given. When it was time to turn in the car and upgrade to a newer model ,I naturally asked for Ivan again. Once again, my experience was terrific! Ivan got me out in no time at all and he did everything he could to give me the best deal. After filling out the application with all her personal information he wal My sister bought a car and David was our first rep. Until he messed up bad. After filling out the application with all her personal information he walked outside to take a personal call on his cellphone with the paper in his hand. I followed him to take it and explained we had someone try to steal her identity once before and he has no business walking around with her information while on his cell phone. He snatched it away from me and told it was an important call (like I cared) and proceeded to walk back inside and said he'll get us someone else. Thank god! His nails were dirty and he just looked like a used car dealer not one that's belongs at a dealership. Anyway we then got Edson who was amazing and so sweet and we proceeded to purchase a vehicle. David need to go. Edson needs a raise :) More
