Awesome Mitch really went out of his way to get us in a bigger vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful. Every time a deal didn't work out he showed us other options until we were able to find one that fit our needs and wasn't a pushy salesman which we loved. We will def be back and would love to do business again with Mitch. After we left and got home we realized we left our garage door opener in our old car, he again went out of his way to grab it and hold it and i picked it up the next day!!!! More

Patrick delivered professional customer service. Patrick was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He seemed truly invested in making our purchasing process go as smooth as possible. We did have two issues that had nothing to do with Patrick or his excellent customer service. The dealership was able to take care of both problems and 1 return visit. Kia's policy / exclamation of why NO spare tire is included in the price of a new car does not make sense! All it takes is one blow out on Alligator Alley... The service department did call in a couple of days for us to come pick up the spare tire we purchased. At that pick up they were also able to rectify a small leak caused by a loose screw. More
