The most enjoyable car experience ever! I've had many cars in my life, never a Kia, and this Kia Sorento is the 4th car I've ever leased. I was surprisingly impressed with the way the Kia Sorento handled on the road. This was the easiest, MOST PLEASANT experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My salesman, Edson Dealmeida, was a lovely man...NOT high pressure & eager to see me happy. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and quick. Some prior experiences at other dealerships I label as "Pure Torture". Not the case here. They even picked up a car from another dealership to satisfy what I was looking for. More

Dealer mis-steps saved by salesmen I went to Grieco to purchase a car that was advertised online. The car was appointed and stood out in the showroom. While speaking to my salesmen (I I went to Grieco to purchase a car that was advertised online. The car was appointed and stood out in the showroom. While speaking to my salesmen (Ivan) we became aware others were interested in the same car. Ivan quickly and professionally put me first as a serious buyer which allowed me to move forward on my purchase. When the price of the car did not reflect the online ad as I had seen, the sales manager simply stated that the website has a disclaimer. The ad was a mistake. I pointed out that the reason there was such attention to this vehicle was the ad. This car it turns out was only at the dealership for 2 days. That is false advertising. The several hours I was there waiting, I noticed there were other issues, such as the showroom was filled with salesmen standing around doing nothing but getting in each others way. It seemed that Ivan was the only one working. I witnessed banter among them, fowl language, and repeated f-bombs by one salesmen. I heard rude comments and frustration to other customers by another salesman. I witnessed well dressed men inappropriately behaving with no regard for me seated facing them just feet away. If you buy a car at this dealership, and I did. I would without hesitation speak to Ivan. He was professional, he worked as a mediator for me sorting out the advertisement issue and he did his job with grace and patience. Ivan was attentive and never stopped inspecting the car, cleaning water spots or communicating with me until I drove off the lot. More
