Oil change Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a car wash because I was told it would have been another 30 minutes which would have been a 2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change.
