Traded In My 2013 XTS Cadillac for a 2015 Kia Cadenza Recently I have been car shopping and we all know this is probably not your favorite 'to do'! If you are a fan of Kia's (now I really am!) you will enjoy the following: I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick, Tony, and Johnny. All three of these men were so polite, customer service oriented and concerned about my genuine satisfaction!!! Patrick was my salesman and was patient with my endless questions - he was not pushy however instead helpful which I greatly appreciated. Tony negotiated the deal with me and was beyond fair, generous and patient. Johnny efficiently organized and presented me the financial documents and ensured all was together and accurate. All three of these guys did an amazing job as I'm a bit selective, etc. They did not leave anything out! At the end of the process, Patrick gave me a 'look' of the service area and explained about who and how to contact. Patched tire and oil change I was afraid I would need a new tire from a nail puncture but they patched it up for $25 and also did the oil change which saved me a trip next month. I am always prepared for the worst when entering a dealer I did some research and decided to go to Grieco Kia of Delray Beach on Monday 8/31/15. I am always prepared for the worst when entering a dealership. The minute I entered the parking lot I was greeted with smiles and handshakes. This heightens my feeling of impending doom. I knew the car I wanted and had the tools and knowledge to negotiate a deal. My salesman was Neil Kaplan. He treated me with respect, listened to my wants and guided me each step in the process of my purchase. My experience with Mr. Kaplan has forever altered my past negative opinion of car salesman ( sorry to be so honest). I wish he could be cloned and that everyone could have the same satisfying experience that I had.
