The only reason why I'm getting my oil changed there is because I was lied to about the "service package" at Daytona kia. Was told it would include ALOT more. I felt more sorry for the poor elderly people sitting around for hours on end. Unsure what they were there for but one guy was there at 8am, and was still waiting around. Needless to say they had ALOT ofnupset customers. Hire more service personnel or don't schedule so many appointments! More

Awesome and professional people! I really liked the service writer. She was professional even the receptionist who answered the phone was polite and welcoming. I would just like the service person to be more cognizant of the oil on their hands when getting into a vehicle with light interior. There was oil on the interior of the leather of my door where they open and close the door which made it dirty. I was not happy about that. But Kristie the service writer is awesome, very pleased and happy with her professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. More

Amazing Dealership !! Raving Fan I bought my first KIA 2 years ago and decide to trade it in on a new 2015 KIA Optima. I started researching different KIA dealerships in the Tri-count I bought my first KIA 2 years ago and decide to trade it in on a new 2015 KIA Optima. I started researching different KIA dealerships in the Tri-county area and read the reviews of each one. Grieco KIA had some of the most positive reviews that I read, it also had internet pricing that was lower than the others. I went last week on Columbus Day and Mike Snow was my customer ambassador whom showed me a number of new features that the EX and LX has to offer. I pick one out and drove off that night a happy customer, but that is not the whole story. There was some miscommunication between leasing vs. financing and the amount of miles that I drive to work. I started getting worried because I had left some messages at the dealership and no one was calling me back. I emailed over the weekend and still did not get a reply. Today I went down to the dealership and was telling myself to stay calm and collected so that I don't blow up because nothing gets settle when people are screaming. I thought to myself just another typical Car dealership all talk and no action. As soon as I walk in, one of the reps open the front door and said "welcome" I walk right past him and ask for the GM Bruce Freiman-They pointed me to his office where I walk in and started explaining my situation. He listen to me intently and apologized for the mix up. He went and brought in Anthony Pallozzi Sales manager whom had my file with him. He too apologize and ask what we can do to make this right? Just like that, they both turned a bad situation into a raving fan, who will tell anyone who will listen how great the staff is at Grieco KIA and how well they take care of their customers. I can't tell you how happy I am by how they took care of me and decided to write this on Facebook and letting everyone know that all Car dealerships are not the same. From the Mike Snow, Customer Ambassador, to GM Bruce Freiman, and Anthony Pallozzi Sales Manager to the most enjoyable time in finance with Julian Rios Finance Manager (and being in finance is no fun, but Julian got me in and out in less than 20mins.) If you want a great deal and want to be treated like a human being instead of another name on the board, then Grieco KIA is the place to go- Thank you guys !!! Russ Davis More
