Additional praise needs to be mentioned for Lance Lafazan - Finance Mgn. & Rico Manley - Used Car Mgn. Note Lance Lafazan actually made the business end of the purchase process enjoyable. Both Jake Trainer & Lance Lafazan personality seems to fit well with providing a friendly atmosphere. I hope the whole team keeps up the good work !!!!! More

Pushy, rude salesman Neil wasn't helpful at all, tried to get me to purchase a Sorento when I wanted a Sportage. The Sorento is larger and doesn't get the MPG that I want. I asked the sales manager if I could work with another salesperson but he didn't care, said that Neil was one of his best. This place is a joke and I suggest everyone stay away. More

I have credit issues and Rico really went to bat for me to get me the deal I needed to get me the car I wanted at a payment I can afford. Joe is great guy and always available to help. My "new" car I started out with Lance and he found me exactly the car I wanted, a 2013 Kia Soul. He was off the next day so I was turned over to Neal Kaplan who co I started out with Lance and he found me exactly the car I wanted, a 2013 Kia Soul. He was off the next day so I was turned over to Neal Kaplan who could NOT have been more helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the car shortly after I bought it & Neal got it taken care of while I waited. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. SUPER friendly salespeople. More
