He has always been professional during past dealings in the service department and now in sales. There was none of the typical sales xx with him. Somehow I ended up with a 6.25% rate once the finance department got involved, it was supposed to be 5.25% and I totally missed the upcharge. That irritates me to no end and I’ll simply expedite paying the loan off because of it. I “assumed” the finance department would be as honest as the sales department was. I missed it, 5.25% was only verbal and I saw it after getting home and the deal was done. More
