My name is Anna and I was very fortunate to be introduced to Renzo and Sylester at Delray Kia. I contacted the dealership in the morning and spoke to Renzo who kindly and patiently provided me with more tha to Renzo and Sylester at Delray Kia. I contacted the dealership in the morning and spoke to Renzo who kindly and patiently provided me with more than sufficient information about the vechicle I was interested in purchasing so I rearranged my schedule to meet with the salesperson designated to me the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sylvester Jackson, Sales Consultant, who was both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous towards me. He went beyond his level of responsibility to ensure that I was content with the information he provided. He allow me to test drive the vehicle and responded to all my questions. Even when I decided to sell my car elsewhere, he ensured that the process went smoothly and assisted me which transportation. Ultimately, at the end of the day which was after the dealership was officially closed, I purchased the vehicle. Since it was after hours and my payment could not be processed, he allowed me to drive a rental car home. The next day, Sylvester delivered my new vehicle to my home and drove the rental back to the dealership. Sylvester Jackson is an asset to your company and he made my car purchase experience extremely pleasant. More
