While my service advisor was polite and as helpful as possible considering the circumstances, unfortunately, as usual Kia in general has let me down as a customer. Took my vehicle in for a wheel and tire possible considering the circumstances, unfortunately, as usual Kia in general has let me down as a customer. Took my vehicle in for a wheel and tire claim for a screw, ended up with a damaged wheel altogether. What should have been a quick in and out service turned in to 1 week without our family vehicle. All I can say is every single time I have to go in for service I end up with lackluster service at best and more disappointment in the Kia brand. I’m counting down the days to the end of our lease and will never ever go back. More

My car was losing oil out the engine, after inspection no leaks found they told me to do an oil consumption test. Remember, I bought the car at Kia Delray with 18,000 miles certified preowned, and yet they t leaks found they told me to do an oil consumption test. I strongly advise against using KIA Delray for any service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. Despite explaining the problem, they only calibrated the tires, which didn’t service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. On the third visit, after waiting 3 hours for an inspection, we discovered they hadn’t even started the job because they sent an email to me instead of communicating directly with him, even though he was waiting in the lounge. Additionally, they incorrectly charged us for services covered under my Kia Care Maintenance Plan. The dealer ignored our request and still billed us. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to address car issues make KIA Delray a dealership to avoid. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
