Never A Problem!! I purchased my Kia back in 2012. The time was right after the AC stopped working in my Saab. After doing my homework decided to go with Kia as my choice. Coming from what some considered a Luxury Brand I was somewhat hesitant but liked what the Optima had to offer. I'm pretty particular about the dealer I use and must admit that Greico has exceeded my expectations and been a pleasure to work with - service at my last dealer would take weeks to schedule and then the car was never ready when promised. I never walked out of the dealer feeling good. It's exactly the opposite with Grieco. I walk in and someone always greets me with a smile. I call one day and in less than 2 minutes have an appointment that suits my needs, not the dealer. Debbie always remembers my name and asks how things are going. The Advisors generally show attention to detail and call me to keep me in the loop. Prices are what you expect from a dealer, Greico is no different. Service area is clean with goodies in the morning. Free wi-fi completes the deal. Overall, I've been pleased with Kia as a product and very pleased with Greico as a dealer. I can't imagine going back to my old dealer that's for sure! More

Vince, the service manager and Bob were on top of the problem from the beginning and handled everything with great professionalism. Service visit I knew I had a service contract but after 2 years I wasn't sure how much longer it was in effect so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for I knew I had a service contract but after 2 years I wasn't sure how much longer it was in effect so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for a call back on this issue. Robert called back but said he couldn't find my account but to come in and get my service. He had done his homework by the time I got there and then explained the policy I had (which the salesman did not do). He told me I have "Dealer for life" and exactly what that meant and how many more services I had coming. What a revelation! He was so polite and informed and I was truly impressed. In 2 years of service, not one service advisor had told me any of this. Robert is a true gentleman and a great advisor. I hope he stays there. More
