Oil change Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a car wash because I was told it would have been another 30 minutes which would have been a 2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. She helped me understand exactly what was going on with my first service order on my 2015 Kia Soul. I was out in about 1 & 1/2 hrs, which I was pleasantly surprised. I came back for my second service and I was way too early for it to be done. Kristie recognized that and said I should come back in about another 1000 miles. Very refreshing to me - some people would have just let me have the service done and pay, when it was not necessary yet. Thank you for people like Kristie. I will be back. More
