Arrived at 8:00 for scheduled appointment for an oil change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. Got various excuses and the person that " change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. Got various excuses and the person that "handles" things like this, pissed me off more than the service rep who was very nice and tried to help. The "help" person was an xxx. This is my home dealership and service center. New service manager is less than desirable at their job. Lack of initiative on their part to pull up my service history and about 75% of what I was being told I “NEEDED” to do I already had done. Bought my car there and has been serviced there ever since it was brand new. Miss the old staff- they were familiar with my car and did not PUSH blindly service numbers up with disregard. More
