Arrived at 8:00 for scheduled appointment for an oil change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. This is my home dealership and service center. New service manager is less than desirable at their job. Lack of initiative on their part to pull up my service history and about 75% of what I was being told I “NEEDED” to do I already had done.
