I took it in for the first service. Normally you sign a document when you leave a car for service but that didn’t happen, nor did the person who took care of me let me know how long it Normally you sign a document when you leave a car for service but that didn’t happen, nor did the person who took care of me let me know how long it would take. I think he asked if I wanted the car washed and I said yes. My appointment was for 9:00 am and I was 10 minutes late. The car was ready after 11:30. At that time I signed the paperwork which had “10:30” hand written on it so I assume that was the original estimate of when the car would be finished although no one told me that before they came to tell me the car was ready.. I was very please with the quick attention I got when I arrived with my car. It was in for a recall issue and I was worried it would be tied up for days but they completed it in just 1 day. They called m arrived with my car. It was in for a recall issue and I was worried it would be tied up for days but they completed it in just 1 day. They called me to tell me it was ready and they delivered it to me within minutes of my arrival. Very pleased with this dealership and didn't feel pressured or anxious about the service I needed. Well, mechanics dinged the top of my hood in 2 places,probably from tools, Very small dings but, still. They weren't there before. My car wasn't washed and now I know why. I had already cleaned the interior so, that wasn't needed. They didn't put in windshield wiper fluid. Good thing I bought some But, the new oil is clean, I can see the new belt.
