Had an issue with communication during my service. Was emailed instead of texted or called regarding my services needed and it delayed my service. Then was told I could pick up my car the following da Was emailed instead of texted or called regarding my services needed and it delayed my service. Then was told I could pick up my car the following day on a Friday at 8 pm only to call the next day and be told I could not pick it up after 6 pm because they were closed. This miscommunication caused me to have to get someone to cover my shift at work to pick up my car before they closed. My car was also supposed to be ready at noon but was not ready until 5 pm. It was a very stressful experience. More
