I dropped off my car because the back tail light is not working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed it on me stating “you said it was just the light” to which I replied I am not a mechanic. He said well the compartment has water condensation the whole part needs to be replaced! Not to mention no one called me to update me on the status of the car and my husband had to call the service manager to find out. You would think after so many days with the possession of my car the would’ve figured that out. I had to take the car somewhere else. Staff is very unprofessional as well. JB service rep told me to “have a great day” after I said I was taking the car somewhere else. More
We have owned outr two Kia's for almost 10 years. I recently brought our Sedona in for a warrenty repair on the engine. We dealt with John L. in the service department. Not on was there no communicat I recently brought our Sedona in for a warrenty repair on the engine. We dealt with John L. in the service department. Not on was there no communication for 3 weeks with us the work that was prommised was never completed and gave us back a referbisment on the engine not the new engine that was discussed. This dealership the last time we brought our Sedona in stole over $1,000 worth of camping gear as well. Buying a car from here may be great but the service depratment is enought to want to never goback agin!!!! More
Sorren Jackson is the best service advisor I have ever worked with (in my 45 years of driving). He is diligent, courteous and an excellent communicator. In addition, Mike (the service technician) did an excellent job identifying and fixing a hidden issue with my EV6. Mike stepped me through the problem, and how he was able to work through the issue with the help of Kia Corporate Technology Team. I highly recommend both Sorren and Mike. They did a fantastic job! When the prior owners managed this dealership it was fantastic. Wow have things changed. The service department has gone way downhill. It too a week to tell me that my transmission fluid was low. Communication from the service advisors was so poor that we drove 40 minutes to Kia Delray to find out what was going on. I don’t know about the sales department, but service has a lot to be desired.
