KIA Delray is the absolute WORST! !!!The service coordinators are extremely rude and incompetent. Al Dopman was my service coordinator and on 18 July 2023, he recommended I do an oil consumption test due to my 2020 telluride burning too much oil. I paid for a fresh oil change and per his recommendation, began the oil consumption test which involved me having to drive my car 1,000 miles and then check the oil level. I brought my car back on august 2nd, and it was confirmed that my oil level was severely low. Al told me he would document the low oil level but that I should do another 1,000 test for “accuracy”. I received another oil change and started the process over again as per his instructions. When I brought my car back, I was told that due to my engine being a 6 cylinder that we could not actually do an oil consumption test. Furthermore, the service manager, Conrad Backner, proceeded to tell me that my car was perfectly fine and needing to get oil changes every 3 weeks was normal. Al and Conrad are untrustworthy: they feed customers lies as they waste your time and take your money. Not to mention, the wait times are horrendous!!! Even with an appointment, you will be there all day. I am extremely dissatisfied with the extreme lack of technical knowledge and gross negligence Al and Conrad demonstrated when it comes to customer service. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE. More

I haven't owned a Kia in about 8 years and was never a fan of their dealership when I did own one! Obviously nothing has changed, they still know nothing about their customers. More
Update- this dealership is the biggest bunch of crooks I’ve ever come across in my life. They did not fix my car and change the catalytic converter because that’s a $3000 job. What actually needed to be c I’ve ever come across in my life. They did not fix my car and change the catalytic converter because that’s a $3000 job. What actually needed to be changed were the fuel injectors which they changed after I came right back because the car was not fixed. they won’t refund me my money and they are disputing the charge back that I put through. They saw a female who is a black female and assumed that I was stupid uneducated, and was going to take this from them. They owe me the difference between the actual cost of what really needed to be done and the $3000. Do not go here if you were a female, but especially don’t go here if you’re a black female. They’re a bunch of racist people that just want your money and they will steal it from you if you are a woman. brought my car in for service. Something was wrong. After having my car for four days they said it was the catalytic converter. They charge me $3189.55 to change it. On the way home the check engine light went on. They asked me to bring it back which I did. I am now on the 5th day and they found out it was the fuel injectors. I have yet to hear about a refund about the wrong service. Now after being told that my car would be done today, I got a call that the parts didn’t come in and my car isn’t done. I am so frustrated, angry and upset. This is the most unprofessional process I have ever seen. I want a refund for the wrong service and I need this car so I can trade it in so I never have to deal with Kia again. This stress is literally making me ill. More

Needed to bring my Sportage in for a " free, antitheft, software upgrade." I left the vehicle in the bay and went and sat down in the waiting room. A few minutes went by and the service man (Jim) came in a software upgrade." I left the vehicle in the bay and went and sat down in the waiting room. A few minutes went by and the service man (Jim) came in and informed me that the vehicle's shift was giving them issues. Long story short, I was informed that the body control module was defective. After a diagnosis it would cost $785 to repair. I was able to drive the vehicle home after overriding the locked shift. When I returned home, I reread my invoice, and Jim had written "customer states the car will not come out of park." I called back and told him I never said that, and he informed me that this was a standard comment left on an invoice. Quite fishy if you ask me. Long story short, I now have to have my BCM replaced. I asked that same servicemen if the upgrade could have caused any issues with that module, and he stated no. Quite frankly, I can't prove anything happened at this dealership, but I find it highly suspect. I drove in with a perfectly fine vehicle, and came home with a vehicle that now needs a costly repair. Quite frankly, I'm pretty disappointed with this service department and it's integrity. More
