Went for service as Horn was not working they made us wait a month just for appointment to tell us need a new horn and would order it. Said it would be in on Saturday (3days) and would call us one way or wait a month just for appointment to tell us need a new horn and would order it. Finally went to Dealer Service and told no one knows about part ad no matter where you go . and they can't follow-up as they don't have any one to do so. They have the worse service department and personal their have wrong information on us in the computer which we have also tried to have corrected but they also don't have anyone that can override and correct it , Interesting as the actually lease has the correct info but service can't get it right .Dealership couldn't care less .And still no Horn nor explanation or when part will be in perhaps another 30 days, I guess we didn't tip enough. Went in for a defect in Horn which hasn't worked for over 2 months. Had to wait 30 days to get appointment just for them to say we need to order part . Finnally went back to service dept . and told there was no part and no one could follow-up as they don't have the personnel. Also they have the wrong information on the service information for which we have repeatedly asked it be corrected and they told us they can't as they don't have the personnel to over-ride and correct it. . The service department needs to get their act together, We spoke with many people in waiting area who only had negative reviews and experiences of the service department. Perhaps we don't tip enough. Brought car in for minor repairs. They rotated tires without asking They said car was ready. Started to drive car home. Car was pulling to the left, hard. I have owned KIA cars for 10 years, all of them bought at Kia Delray. The biggest part of owning a car is having a dealer that will give you consistently good service. Kia Delray has the best service center I have ever used. From sales, to delivery to after service, the personnel deliver what they promise. There is no pressure to buy more car than you can afford , no pressure to to buy extras, and always a warm welcoming group of professionals to help you whether for an oil change or minor repair. I’m on my third KIA and wouldn’t drive anything else from any other dealer! More
First full service on my Sorento '22 and had an excellent experience. Jim got me in and out in record time and was not only polite - but very efficient.
