They have OK service reps and very slow service techs. My second appointment in two weeks was the deciding factor that I probably won’t be going back. I dropped off my car because the back tail light is not working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed it on me stating “you said it was just the light” to which I replied I am not a mechanic. He said well the compartment has water condensation the whole part needs to be replaced! Not to mention no one called me to update me on the status of the car and my husband had to call the service manager to find out. You would think after so many days with the possession of my car the would’ve figured that out. I had to take the car somewhere else. Staff is very unprofessional as well. JB service rep told me to “have a great day” after I said I was taking the car somewhere else. More
