I was surprised that I needed another sensor for my car because nobody told me I had more than one sensor. Since my sensor was replaced in November, I thought it was one and done. I was also surprised to see that my windshield had a crack in it. I called less than five minutes from leaving your lot.. I was told that you had to check pictures and was told we would be called back shortly. I called back at 10 to 4 and was told to bring the car in tomorrow that the pictures were not clear. Came in first thing the next day and was told there was nothing you could do because we took it off a lot. I was also told that in Florida state law is that you automatically have glass coverage on your car and does not affect your insurance rates and no cost to you. I told them I would prefer not to go through my insurance as I do not believe it’s their responsibility as the incident happened at your place of business. I asked to speak to the manager, I was being dissuaded but insisted. Nicholas Sciorsci was condescending, nasty, rude dismissive, unsympathetic (to name a few attributes) and just cold nasty person. He didn’t even come out to look at the car and he certainly didn’t look me in the eye. I purchased my car there around 6 or 7years ago (Greico Kia)And our salesman, Patrick (from Haiti) was the nicest and sincerest professional salesman I have ever worked with. He knew it was MY car AND DIRECTED ALL INFORMATION TO ME AND TO MY HUSBAND. EVERY SERVICE PERSON DIRECTED THE CONVERSATION TO MY HUSBAND, AND THEY EVEN CALLED HIS PHONE WHEN I SPECIFICALLY GAVE MY NUMBER AS PRIMARY. I had an oil change and he said it was $90, when I said it’s usually $40 his respond was he never heard of that when I spoke with another rep and said that the oil was Synthetic I felt that there was no transparency on his part More

Service center helpful and nice. Sales department nice but I didn't feel they were trying to give me a fair deal. Also when I bought my first Kia they had me drive off the lot with Sales department nice but I didn't feel they were trying to give me a fair deal. Also when I bought my first Kia they had me drive off the lot with the car and have a signed contract then demanded I come back a week later to give more money and redo a contract. This prompted me to buy my 2nd Kia at a location further from where I live. Nethertheless after talking to Delray about a possible upgrade, I'm still hesitant to trust their sales department but service is as always excellent! More
