Took care of brakes, coolant flush, and oil change on last visits and everything went great because I had an excellent service advisor, Soren Jackson and Miguel, their top mechanic on the brakes. last visits and everything went great because I had an excellent service advisor, Soren Jackson and Miguel, their top mechanic on the brakes. I came in to get driver window motor fixed/replaced. I was charged $400+ for evaluation. They said I needed front brakes and window motor. I had told them up front that I needed to be out by 10am. 8:00a I was charged $400+ for evaluation. They said I needed front brakes and window motor. I had told them up front that I needed to be out by 10am. 8:00am appt. So nothing was done other than me out $400+ and I was out and hour late at 11am. I was quoted $1300+ for 1 window motor/front brakes. I took it to a private mechanic who did brakes and window motor for $675. Plus he replaced all the filters which he said had never been done and should have been noted on my $400+ assessment invoice, but we're not. Big thumbs down all around. More
