When I arrived I was first in line, and was approached within minutes to be signed-in for service. Although it was about a 2 hour service time, I was able to travel into downtown L. When my a/c didn't work on my brand new 2021 Sportage, I wasn't please that I would have to bring my car to the service center in downtown LA. And, for the times when I leave my car at the dealership for service and go away, my service rep will contact me via call and/or text to let me know when my car is ready to pick up. More
