They really dropped the ball this time. They had one of my cars for more than a month. They said it was a dead battery. They also said they couldn't find my new extended service warranty in They had one of my cars for more than a month. They said it was a dead battery. I called multiple times around 7am to speak with the service advisor assigned but they never called me back. I took it to another shop to get the appropriate service done. More

the work at the repair shop is very good but the place is very small and always crowded. This could be indicative of the good work the mechanics do.
