They were unable to locate or confirm that my car was dropped of by the roadside tow service for a week. I literally had to go there and hunt my car down. The wait is too long for checking in your vehicle. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before someone attended to me. When the vehicle is returned it is not washed. The staff is friendly. The text message service does not go to a live number and drops when called or does not get answered when texted to. The texting system is excessive.
