When I arrived I was first in line, and was approached within minutes to be signed-in for service. Although it was about a 2 hour service time, I was able to travel into downtown L. When my a/c didn't work on my brand new 2021 Sportage, I wasn't please that I would have to bring my car to the service center in downtown LA. After diagnosing the problem, and they knew it would take awhi wasn't please that I would have to bring my car to the service center in downtown LA. After diagnosing the problem, and they knew it would take awhile, they offered me a loaner, which helped me immensly! The service manager, Joe, and service advisor, Mark M kept in touch with me, to update the progress. The process to return the rental car and pick up my vehicle was seamless. Good job! Very thorough service process from the time I bring my car until the time all of the work is completed. I never wait too long once I arrive to have my car taken by a service rep. My service rep goes ove car until the time all of the work is completed. I never wait too long once I arrive to have my car taken by a service rep. My service rep goes over all services in detail, sometimes offering additional services for me to consider for optimal vehicle performance and explains charges and payment options clearly. And, for the times when I leave my car at the dealership for service and go away, my service rep will contact me via call and/or text to let me know when my car is ready to pick up. More
I took my Kia Optima for a transmission change they took more than a month to return my car but they missed to please the engine shield back. I noticed that was missing when I took my car for oil change. About 2 1/2 months later. I called Kia of DTLA trying to get the part replace más they refused stating that I reported too late and that I may be the one who removed the part. I explained to me manager that I don’t have a way to lift the car and remove the shield but instead they want too charge me more than $150 to replace what the lost or stole. More
