It took them more than three (3) weeks to complete the repair, a loaner became available the same day my vehicle was finished with repairs. The service advisor didn't even know the parts had come in that repair, a loaner became available the same day my vehicle was finished with repairs. The service advisor didn't even know the parts had come in that day, as I was there to pick up the loaner. Something that should have been fixed prior to it being sold to me six months ago. They wouldn't keep me informed as to the status of my repairs. When I picked up my vehicle the exterior was filthy, I had just washed it just prior to taking it in for service. They only washed the windshield! A side note concerning KIA of Carson who sold me the vehicle. The vehicle has wheel locks on but they did NOT supply a key, good thing I didn't have a flat tire at some point. Still working on getting that key. Isn't that kinda like selling a vehicle but not giving the buyer the keys? More
