They did their job although the wait time was incredibly long even though there were staff walking around. I got there at 11:20am and my appointment was at 11:40am. I wasn’t helped until 12:30pm. So the wait time took 3 hours instead of the estimated time of 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. More
