No matter what, it takes a while to get into the garage and be seen. Anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, in my experience, regardless of appointment status/time. But, when you do get to the point where they take your car, their work is fast but thorough and complete. They're efficient! And, the rest of the staff is great too - polite, knowledgeable, kind, honest and respectful. Shoutout to Misail who made sure I was seen quickly after my appointment time and explained everything to me. I also appreciate the waiting room and the wifi. More
