I brought it my car for a diagnostic test on the engine because it was shaking and has a recall on it. They never looked at my engine, but found "other" issues with it. Very unorganized and inefficient dealership. Had my recall appointment booked weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn’t have the piece needed to fix my car. They never put the hand break first They just put the car From D To P without putting the hand break first. So the whole weight stay on the transmission I don’t like when the transmission make that big noise when I’m trying to put the car from P to D because the whole weight is on the trasmission. It’s not fair.
