Made a appointment for a recall 2 weeks in advance was sent a text message a day before to confirm. Got to the appointment to find out the part wasn’t in stock and they needed to order the part and it wou sent a text message a day before to confirm. Got to the appointment to find out the part wasn’t in stock and they needed to order the part and it would take 3 to 5 days. Not sure why the part wasn’t ordered when I made the appointment. I left with a recall still open and waiting for the part to come in. Stuff showed no interest in my feedback or concern. More

I visited Kia with a new purchase and came in for three recalls. Recalls were taken care of. However I purchase a headlight and there was apparently wiring disconnected from my vehicle. I was not notified of this nor was it written down in the write up of my first visit. I visited Kia this past Wednesday (to resolve non-working headlight) with an appointment and waited three hours for someone to tell me about wiring/a need for diagnostics report. Beyond that, a week later I went to see a mechanic and they found that the NEW headlight installed by Kia was broken. So I 1. paid for a headlight that wasn’t connected and 2. literally broke within a few days? I find this very frustrating. Why didn’t someone tell me about this beforehand? Why was the wiring ignored? Besides that, waiting for so long to be seen is absolutely inconsiderate of people’s time. Please consider adjusting appointment times if there is a lack of staff/technicians. I personally will not consider going back to Kia for anything. More

After I had it towed there I will never deal with this Kia service department again More
