I couldn’t make an online appointment and had to call. I was so happy with the accommodation. I was offered an appointment on Thursday, but I wanted an appointment the next day (Tuesday). The wait just to get in the service department is ridiculous. It took more than an hour before you get checked in. Service guy was nice other than that Kia downtown has always suck for me .
