I would like to describe my car buying experience from start to finish. I was buying my first ever new car. Me and my husband went in to browse. Our dealer was Jerome. We told him we had a large family and needed a 7-seater car. He showed us a couple and after deciding we liked the Sorento, he should us some of those. He told us that it had 7 seats. (I know I should have checked, but also why would I doubt that.) It also had screens and we were told they could screen mirror and our kids could watch shows in the back. We bought the car. When we got home and loaded up the kids, they told us there were only 6 seats and our family wouldn't fit. Bummer but still loved the car and we made it work by taking 2 cars everywhere. We fought and fought and fought to get the screens to work. Hours of youtube and chat GPT and asking friends who had a Kia. I called Kia and they said it was a service issue. Service said it was a sales issue. I called again and they told me to leave my car for the day and service would take a look. After having my car up there for an entire day, I went to pick it up after work. When I arrived the service guy (Noel) said, let's look in the back. I got in the back and turned on the screens and he said, "Ok what is it doing? I was like, "You had my car all day!! Did you not even turn it on?" I then proceeded to update it myself, in front of them, for 25 minutes. Then we tried again, still no luck. He then said, "why don't you google it or ask a friend?" I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR!!! You are the service department. I went home and called the manager the next day. The service manager got us in the next day. Again, had my car an entire day. They weren't able to figure it out and so they had to open a techline case on it. It had been there for 3 days with still no answer. I complained about not having a car for almost a week now, being lied to about the amount of seats, and now being passed around when I bought a brand new off the lot car. I was then passed to the sales manager. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to make this right, "How about we get you into what you want. Something that has the right amount of seats and screens that work." I bought the lie and we traded out the Sorento for a Telluride. I was told it has all the same features. It did not. It does not have wireless apple car play. It did not have the sensors. It did not have the full sun roof. I drove it over the weekend and it kept saying that we needed to update with a USB. So, I took it back today to be detailed (they hadn't done that yet since we bought it) and updated manually. Again, I was without a car all day. I picked it up at 6 and it was still dirty. They washed the outside... and the dealer (Israel) said, "oh they said everything was updated already so you should be fine. So they didn't need to update anything." I pulled up the update and it had still not been ran. I have been lied to, jerked around, spent more on the car than we wanted and I am fed up. I will never go to the Kia lot here again. I recently visited a Kia dealership to purchase a used vehicle. After completing the deal, I noticed a dent on the vehicle and respectfully asked whether the dealership could repair it. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever witnessed as a customer. In front of me, the used car manager, Mr. Wasey Williams, became verbally aggressive toward the salesperson assisting me. The situation escalated to yelling, profanity, and openly disrespectful behavior on the sales floor. At one point, the salesperson was called offensive names in front of customers, creating an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment. The interaction appeared entirely inappropriate and unnecessary, especially over a minor repair request. I was shocked to witness management treating an employee in such a demeaning manner publicly and repeatedly taunting him during the exchange. The following day, I learned that the salesperson had been terminated. While I do not know all the circumstances surrounding that decision, the overall experience left me deeply concerned about the workplace culture and professionalism within the dealership. As a result, I chose to cancel the purchase and take my business elsewhere. I ultimately purchased a brand-new vehicle from GMC and had a much more positive experience. More
Car was there for 2 weeks, 3 weeks after I called them they found it. Took 2 months for the work. After it was ready for pick up. It was disgustingly dirty. My seat was black from them sitting in it. No one will call us back, and when we do get someone on the phone, they ALL give the same story, “this is the 1st I’ve heard of this.” Buyers please be aware!!! More
We had hopes of a great experience like other family and friends had at other Kia dealerships. We were fooled. The car was great and we hoped for a deal. We then began negotiating. It took over a day to get it and was 8k more than the sticker and internet price. I was informed that price wasn’t their price. I asked for my rebates and after telling me they would honor them was told no. The manager, Hector, called and discussed it only to hang up on me. This is not a business model I would ever support. They need new leadership and better transparency. Nobody enjoys being scammed and that is exactly how you will feel going to this dealership. I recommend doing like others close to me to get a Kia. Go to another dealer! More

I’ve bought a few cars from them and have to say they are one of the most honest dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Lee Gage and Cody Clower are honest and upfront. Service department is outstanding. Have a 2016 sedona with a little over 40,000 miles..we had 4 new tires placed on car. A few months later the engine just seized one day.we have the extended warranty so they had it for about a month then had 4 new tires placed on car. A few months later the engine just seized one day.we have the extended warranty so they had it for about a month then we get it back and 3 days later the battery dies? So we go back have them put in a new battery..a few weeks later I am hand washing my car and realize they didnt put the driver side wheel well back on? When we called they said it wasn't in the shop so they must have put it back on, then I call again and they say they never take the wheel well off when exchanging engines. Then they have me bring it in and they say it fell off after I got it back!! No damage to new tire? No damage to rim or under the car or the back tire..?? I would know if I ran over something and an entire wheel well falls off. I do not understand why they wouldnt fix this but guess they clearly don't care about good service..not sure why they would lie?? We thought we were going to buy kia again for my husband but we are looking elsewhere now More
