last visit An item I wanted repaired was my cruise control. That had been fixed once before from a recall. The same problem has happened again. But now I must make a second appointment and pay $125.00 for a diagnostic. I don't think we need to explain any further. It is now called a "Ripoff". Guess I will find someone I consider more honest to do my work in the future and sell me that new Kia I was looking forward to. More

Visit to Kia Service Department was a real pleasure. I was so pleasantly surprised by the very pleasant experience I had while having my Kia Sportage serviced at Kia of Chattanooga.
