Amazing service and people Took my Kia Optima in because I had recieved three recall letters from the Kia factory for different reasons. The people there were very nice. I had a Took my Kia Optima in because I had recieved three recall letters from the Kia factory for different reasons. The people there were very nice. I had a problem with my steering wheel making a terrible rattling sound. It sounded like my steering wheel was going to fall apart and land in my lap while I was driving. They fixed it, and I'm not even sure that was even on one of the recall letters, but I am so very grateful that they fixed it. It drove me nuts hearing it constantly on the bumpy roads I drive on. They also changed my oil and did the airbag rewiring. I would definitely recommend Kia of Chattanooga Service Center. They were kind, professional and fast. I will always take my Optima there for service. More

Quick and efficient When I arrived for my scheduled service, I was informed that my car also had a recall repair that could be done at the same time. I appreciated that When I arrived for my scheduled service, I was informed that my car also had a recall repair that could be done at the same time. I appreciated that I didn’t have to come back for a separate appointment. Both the scheduled service and recall repair were completed in the quoted time. I also like the ability to schedule a service appointment online. The waiting room has WiFi, drinks, and snacks. Much better experience than I’ve had at other car service centers. More
