Much better than last time Idecided yo do my Soul’s maintenance service at the dealer. Was hesitant because my last experience was a (financial and emotional) nightmare. Because Idecided yo do my Soul’s maintenance service at the dealer. Was hesitant because my last experience was a (financial and emotional) nightmare. Because I had to wait on my car, the service manager suggested to come early. It was estimated to take 4 hours. It ended up less ( probably because I needed less work than we thought when I booked). The waiting area was great ( fully stocked) so I was set. Since it was raining they couldn’t wash my car but I was encouraged to call, then come in another day. also told I will need back brakes and what they would cost ( had them done too recently to have to do again, so I wonder why they wore so fast), and I’d need tires soon( best when to buy ensuring there would be a coupon special). Much better than my last visit! I may ge hesitant if I ever have to return for a repair (10 days of renting a car and repair needed was found online by ME!, otherwise it might never have been fixed). Kudos to the kind gentleman that helped me! Service was less expensive than quoted and I had a coupon which was a definite plus! Only marked down because you could clean the vehicle like Kelly’s does ( in and out!). More

Tire & Brake Change I went in for new tires. All tire options & prices were explained. After they were replaced & an inspection occurred, the impending need for new brake I went in for new tires. They were able to continue service on my car while I waited. Although I opted to remain & wait, the service to drive me home during that period was offered.
