Kia service review I do love my Kia Optima, but I do not like having my car serviced there at Kia. My service sensor has not been reset now 3 times, my windshield washer I do love my Kia Optima, but I do not like having my car serviced there at Kia. My service sensor has not been reset now 3 times, my windshield washer fluid has not been filled this has happened twice now, i have been told my brakes needed to be changed then that they were great and didn’t need to be changed and the attitude this time I received was enough to make me look for another vehicle. Matt Bettis did respond to my email I sent and explained what had happened in further detail and is willing to work with me to get it right but at this point I am very frustrated. More
