Kia service department Rocks I bought my Kia Soul early this year. I have been to the service department a few times and every time there are swift to sign you in and get the car I bought my Kia Soul early this year. I have been to the service department a few times and every time there are swift to sign you in and get the car serviced The waiting room has many comfortable chairs and seating plus food and water and snacks The time you wait is very short and on point They also offer a shuttle service Wow I thought I was an executive!! Really no place better. The service alone is worth the purchase price Just outstanding!! Go to Kia of Chattanooga ok. Highly recommend this dealership above all others ever. We had a pleasant conversation which was welcomed after a long day at work. Also, Charlie is very professional and honest. I appreciated him going back to redo the paperwork to apply my coupon. He did so without a hint of irritation even though I mistakenly didn't ask about it until the end instead of at the beginning. I realized I was in the wrong, but he was very kind and accommodating. Next time I will be sure to show the coupon first...and there will be a next time due directly to Charlie's and the cashier's excellent customer service! More
