Check before you come I called a month ago when I learned my car might be in a recall for seat belt tensioner/airbag recall. I was told to wait until I got an official rec I called a month ago when I learned my car might be in a recall for seat belt tensioner/airbag recall. I was told to wait until I got an official recall letter. I received it 1 week ago, and called Kia of Chatt. Mon a.m. to make my appointment for Wed. I arrived and went to waiting room. After a few min I was told that they did not have the parts needed. I would have to wait an extra hour while they drove to Cleveland to get the needed parts. I elected to go home & return on Fri., when the work was completed. A 45 min trip for nothing. Ask before you arrive! More

Fast, friendly and accommodating. I dropped off my car for an estimated 3-hour service time, and there was a dealer employee available to bring me home. Two hours later the service dep I dropped off my car for an estimated 3-hour service time, and there was a dealer employee available to bring me home. Two hours later the service department called and told me my car was ready. They said someone would pick me up and he showed up in a timely manner to take me to get my car. It had been fixed as discussed and all was covered under the warranty, so I was a happy girl. More
