repair work screw up Purchased my vehicle and was very pleased with AJ he went above and beyond to see everything went smooth, scheduled repair work with Charlie in servic Purchased my vehicle and was very pleased with AJ he went above and beyond to see everything went smooth, scheduled repair work with Charlie in service and waited two weeks for parts because somebody dropped the ball ordering them and had appt to have installed supposed to be 4 hour job and they gave me a courtesy car for the day. Called later in day and they said it would not be ready and would be the next day,called back and Charlie had been lied to by repair shop they took it to and it was gonna be another week before done,unexceptable, Charlie finally went and got it from shop and took it to another and had ready the next day after 4days.Need better communication and planning of repairs to stop the hassle and inconvenience to the customer More

This is the 2nd time my car has been to Kia of Chattanooga 1st time my car had a new motor put in then I was told to come pick it up on a Friday, I called to check on it and found out that the technician insta 1st time my car had a new motor put in then I was told to come pick it up on a Friday, I called to check on it and found out that the technician installing the motor decided to drive my car to his house and kept the car all weekend. I didn't get the car back until the following Monday. Since the motor was installed now my car just randomly wont start, sometimes it does and sometimes it don't. The car has a brand new battery that I purchased when the motor was installed. I had the car towed to Kia of Chattanooga and they didn't even bother looking at it because everytime they went o it t to it it started. Upon me getting my car back this time and me still having the same problem I opened the hood to just look around to see if I see anything and what I found really is pathetic. I found loose bolts & missing bolts. Makes me wonder what else is messed up. My wife drives this car daily with my son in the vehicle to and now I'm in fear of their safety for them to even drive the car. The car could easily break down on the freeway and cause someone to get seriously injured. I can't believe the way me and my family have been treated. So now I have to get my car towed to a good mechanic that cares about his customers and have him look every thing over and fix everything that Kia of Chattanooga just doesn't think needs to be fixed. My wife really loves her Kia but now she says we will never buy another. All I care about is my family safety to bad Kia don't. More

Too long, and staff doesn't seem to care about the customer. I went for an appointment on a Wednesday. It took 2 hours. 2 days later I had to take time off work to come back because the job wasn't done at all th I went for an appointment on a Wednesday. After all that, not one person said sorry for any inconvenience. Instead acted like they did me a favor. Turns out I needed a new tire. Good to know that customer safety isn't important to these guys. I wouldn't recommend anymore. More
