Kia Of Chattanooga - Service Center

I was told that my brakes, which were replaced by the service department, were squeaking for a second time because of the rotors and that I needed new ones. I was quoted $550 for just parts that were onl service department, were squeaking for a second time because of the rotors and that I needed new ones. I was quoted $550 for just parts that were only $80 online. I took my car to another mechanic to only find out that my rotors are perfectly fine, and the brakes were squeaking because they were not properly greased and there were lose bolts. It’s very apparent that the service staff thought that they could take advantage because i am a woman, and would not know better. I am very disappointed in the service department. More
