I probably will never be back. Emergency brake was left loose had to come back and get that fixed and it didn’t work loose as it was not like that when I dropped it off. They fixed it the next day or so ha loose had to come back and get that fixed and it didn’t work loose as it was not like that when I dropped it off. They fixed it the next day or so had me run by then next week plastic flap flipped down on interstate because two bolts were left out so I tied it up ran by and they wanted me to leave it or make an appointment all it takes is 2 min to put bolts in that Kia left off. I ran ntb and they fixed it like 20 seconds free of charge. I think I will use Kia of Cleveland in the future. If tech can’t make sure everything is put back More
