i was told I needed three belts (which I had replaced last year from Kia) a pully and tensioner. I went to a different shop that was over $300 cheaper was told that there was nothing wrong with any of th last year from Kia) a pully and tensioner. Charlie tried to charge me for two diagnostics as well as he told me the engine light was on because the turbo was bad and it wold be 3200 hundred dollars to do a 4 hour job to replace a 1000 dollar part. I he told me the engine light was on because the turbo was bad and it wold be 3200 hundred dollars to do a 4 hour job to replace a 1000 dollar part. I took it to auto zone and they ran a dionostic , in less than 5 minutes, and nothing came up about the turbo. I will never bring any car that I own to your service department or recommend any of my family or friends to bring their car to your service department. More

Service Dept. disappoints I made an appointment (9 a.m.) to bring my car in thinking that it would not take long to do a routine recall procedure. I was initially told that I would be called by 4 p.m. and told if they needed to keep the car overnight. This was not what I expected. As it turned out I was called before noontime and told the car was ready. I had already started making other plans in case I had to leave my car overnight. I think the Service Dept. should have known at the outset how long it would take. And they should have been ready to take the car at 9 a.m. That's when my appointment was. Also, I wanted the Service Dept. to take a look at my passenger side window which would not go up or down. I was told it would cost me approximately $100 to get a diagnosis. (They did add that this would go towards the repair cost, but how do I know that the repair cost will be more than $100?) I think, considering I bought the car from your dealership, that you should be willing to look at a malfunction and give me an estimate for free. More
