5000 MILE MAINTENANCE + COUPON ISSUE I went in for my 5000 mile Maintenance on my 2019 KIA Soul in March 2020. Everything went well including friendly hellos by a few KIA staff -- except I went in for my 5000 mile Maintenance on my 2019 KIA Soul in March 2020. Everything went well including friendly hellos by a few KIA staff -- except that the service man (I know his name but I am not including it) would not allow me to use the extra coupons that had been sent to me by KIA - including an awesome birthday coupon for $20 off. I am writing this review in April because I wanted to cool off and follow up via email with Director of Parts and Service Matt Bettis whom I have dealt with for many years since I previously owned a 2007 KIA Rondo through this dealership. I can now say that I am once again a satisfied KIA customer because Matt offered me a few choices to make up for my dissatisfaction at my visit last month. I am on a limited income, so I cannot express my gratitude for this helpfulness! More

The good news was Greg didn’t charge me for putting my battery back in my car (. Along with plenty of other things I’m not happy about ) I checked my car when I got home and found fresh oil what turned out to be my oil plug to be hand tight. I feel I shouldn’t have to go behind a professional and do his job so my car doesn’t leak out the oil and possibly damage my car engine I will just stop here I think you should get the point. More
Didn't bother to tell me when service dept closed at 6 when the website says 7. Didn't bother to call to see if I was coming to pickup my vehicle.
