the best dealer ship I have ever been to . i have been to the kia dealer in dalton ga and got a car from them but after I got my car and took it to them I didn't like their service at all . Received 20,000 mile checkup on 2017 Kia Sorento The Kia Dealership in Chattanooga, Tn sent an email to remind me of a needed 20,000 mile checkup. A service appointment was made during a quick call t The Kia Dealership in Chattanooga, Tn sent an email to remind me of a needed 20,000 mile checkup. A service appointment was made during a quick call to the dealership for the next day. Service Advisor Robert Palmer greeted me at the dealership and quickly assessed what my car needed. That dealership has a great relaxing customer waiting area, with fresh coffee, snacks and televisions. Important point: each and every time I have gone to my car serviced there, ALL employes have smiles on their faces and always ask if they can assist. The atmosphere is wonderful. Within 45 minutes, my car's service was completed and Mr. Palmer carefully explained what service was performed. He never rushed me when I asked questions and was thorough in his answers. One additional point: The service staff, including the mechanics, and the entire service area were as extremely clean as the dealership's showroom. I did have a few questions about my Kia, and Mr. Palmer took his time answering. And, my car was washed when the needed checkup was completed. I love my Kia and I love the dealership! More

Got a flat tire on my 2019 Cadenza SXL. As I was traveling from way out of state. It was not repair able. They did not have my factory tire in stock. Asked if they would call anther kia dealership i traveling from way out of state. It was not repair able. They did not have my factory tire in stock. Asked if they would call anther kia dealership in the area they said no, or see if any where in town would carry that tire size. They said they would not call, or help with with an recommendation for a local tire ship. This was at 7am. They could try to get a tire by 4pm and see when they could work me in the service department. After being asked if i had purchased from them, I Felt I wasn't treated properly because I did not buy my car from their dealership. Made a few calls on my own found a local shop less than 2 miles down the road from Kia, that had my tire in stock. It took them less than 20 minutes to mount and balance my new tire. Then me and my family were back on the road with our vacation trip. When you spend $45,000 on their "flagship sedan" and are from out of town. The Kia dealership should help you any way they can, or at least point you in the right direction. Very disappointed in this dealerships customer service. Would be no stars if I could. I will reach out to corporate Kia when I get back home. More
Great communication and a quick fix. They really stepped it up this time. I was really impressed with the fact that they went above and beyond to help address my concern and once they realized that it wasn’ it up this time. In this world we need more serviceman that recognize human plate and the challenges we face, and typically in the automotive environment it can be really stressful because it’s typically out of our control and understanding of what needs to be done.
