The dealership on Shallowford is one of the best dealership I have ever been in all the associates and salesman are all very professional and know there stuff . They have always treated us with the dealership I have ever been in all the associates and salesman are all very professional and know there stuff . They have always treated us with the most respect and handled all our needs. We were in there sat feb 1 and there was a screaming kid in there that was very loud and hard to deal with but it was definitely the mothers fault she kept telling her child he was not going with her and her other 2 kids which she could have e controlled but that’s beside the point . The plus to the dealership is they also have all kinds of snacks if you have to wait a while . I would definitely recommend this dealership for the ones looking for a new vehicle and excellent service . More

Kia service I took my car in for an oil change. Mrs Nikki was very helpful and polite. She took care of my car and had it in and out in no time. When I got it bac I took my car in for an oil change. The mechanic also test drove my vehicle, with my permission to be certain it was in proper working order. My time was well spent, the light is gone and the car is running great. More

Service Department is horrible -1 stars So took my Kia Sorento in for some possible minor issues that would needed a diagnostic test (under warranty still). Dropped it off, and the -1 stars So took my Kia Sorento in for some possible minor issues that would needed a diagnostic test (under warranty still). Dropped it off, and they gave me a rental car to drive for that day. Well, the service dept. "updated the computer" which "fried it". The car "would not start or do anything", so they could run a diagnostic, says the service department 3 days later after having to call and try and get and update. The person of contact would not, and did not keep me up-to-date at all. Never called, did not even note the service account, so no one had any idea of the status. - 2 weeks later, and 2 rental cars later we get the car back. The only way I even knew it had been worked on, is the grease on doors, hood, handles, quarter panel, and mud all over driver floor board and kick panel. - I could go on and on about the complete unprofessional way they handle business. (maybe Enterprise could share some tips on how to run a professional customer service business). In the future, I will take my car to Kia of Cleveland (which is WAY out of my way). I would hope they treat their service customers much better. (*not wanting an hourly update, but ANY update in 2 weeks other than the customer having to call and no one knows anything other than one person that is never there). - Horrible service and customer service. Kia of Chattanooga owner needs to seriously invest some personal time in the service department, and lack there of. More
